In this three hour workshop, we will find, explore and identify the calling of your own heart. You will learn skills and
techniques that you can apply to your daily life that will help you make the shifts you wish to manifest.
Jane will guide you to release limiting beliefs and patterns, name and clarify your heart’s desire, and develop a practice that
you can use at home to strengthen your resolve to live in the flow of life rather than resist it. As Carl Jung said, “Your vision
will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakens.”

YIN YOGA
Ellyn guides you through yoga shapes which support deep release of the energy of the connective tissue and joints. As you hold each pose for a period of time, the stretch accesses different places in your physical body, providing balance to the more active Hatha asanas. As you fold into yourself pose after pose, the heart and mind open to a deep and spacious awareness.

SPRING (VERNAL) EQUINOX CELEBRATION
Join with the Yoga Center CommUnity to celebrate one of the most special times of the year, to honor the New Beginnings of Spring and the New Beginnings we are intending to create. All Indigenous cultures celebrated the Spring Equinox as it was the time to plant the seeds of life that would nourish them in the coming year. They showed their gratitude for Mother Earth for providing the fertile ground to plant the seeds of their intentions. During our celebration the Yoga Center tribe will come together as our ancestors did to plant the energetic seeds of our creative intentions and manifestations for 2010 and beyond.
