Our "Community Center" welcomed in the New Year on December 31 with a connected web of mats, hearts and spiritual energy! We are grateful for our gifted instructors that guided us on a journey of remembering the past, envisioning the future and honoring our intention of living within the consciousness of the moment. With over 70 teachers and students participating at the Center on New Year's Eve, our Community is again able to sponsor the education of two children at the Sacred Heart School in Camden for 2012. Your love and generosity is appreciated from the bottom of our hearts and theirs!

Once again the community of Sacred Heart Church in Camden was incredibly touched by the food donations made by the Yoga Center. Every week as I dropped off the food the eyes of the volunteers lit up with gratitude.
So simple a gift, so large an impact.

This class focuses on the divine union between you and your higher self. Instead of looking outside of ourselves for peace and happiness, we will focus on owning our innate Divinity. We will explore postures that open our hearts and hear words of love to help assist with our realization of oneness.
