MISSION STATEMENT

All who come are seen as divine beings, respected
for who they are and where they are on their spiritual journey. Hatha yoga is
taught with a spiritual "twist"; incorporating coaching, mental relaxation and
emotional clearing throughout the session. Every class is a whole being
"tune-up" and an adventure in balanced, spiritual living. |
